A good, positive, mental attitude is one of the most important factors for living well.

Your life follows your thoughts. You become what you think!

“As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” Proverbs 23:7

Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “A man is what he thinks about all day long.”

Your thought life determines your energy. Positive, faith inspired thoughts bring energy to you. Negative, fearful thoughts drain the energy away. I

‘ve never seen anybody uplifted by worry, fear and negativity.

Negative thoughts are like lead balloons tied to your heart. They will take you down — complaining all the way.

Faith thoughts, on the other hand, are like helium balloons. When you turn your worries into prayers, and send them up — your heart can soar again.
“They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings as eagles.” Isa. 40:31
Human hearts were created to soar and sing. Little children understand that well. They soar and sing wholeheartedly!
As we mature, however, the hardships of life knock the song out of us. We exchange the child-like song for a grown up sigh.

Instead of soaring, we just become sore. The little things get us down.

Benjamin Disraeli, observed, “Little things affect little minds.”
When you’re thinking straight, however, the song returns again to your heart and you can fly again!
“It is the mind,” said Edmund Spenser, “that makes good or ill, wretched or happy, rich or poor.”

Better living starts with better thinking.
